For one of our customer we are now looking for a Cost Control Lead.
Job responsibilities:
• The Cost Control Lead is responsible for the cost control function in the project, including Cost Control and Quantity Surveyor.
• Cost Control Lead reports to Project Control Manager.
• She/he shall be proactive and ensure that the project has sufficient project control systems and procedures that ensure consistent cost control and reporting in accordance with governing documents.
• She/he shall organize and manage the cost control in the project control organization in cooperation with the Project Control Manager, Planner Lead and line management.
• Support Project Control Manager in preparation of the Project Control Basis for the project, and baseline updates
• Support weight and cost estimating
• Ensure benchmarking at decision gates including IPA Cost and progress control including forecasting and analysis
• Ensure preparation of monthly reports
• Yearly budget updates
• Ensure contract/studies administration
• Ensure establishing and updating the Manpower Projection Plan (MPP) in Pims
• Ensure preparation of Contract Appendixes B, and D for ITT’s
• Participate in evaluation of contracts
• Experience transfer
• Ensure risk management associated with Project Control In cooperation with line manager develop the competence in the Cost Control Team
• Contributing to cross-functional collaboration and coordinated and good working processes within the project, operations and with the contractor’s planning functions and other relevant functions
• Contribute to making PRD a learning organization and initiate experience transfer between the project and other projects/the PCA networks
Your qualifications:
• Relevant experience SAP and PIMs experience
• Language requirements: English
